Canada has been stereotyped for years on under skilled talent, under budgeted events and projects and pretty much anything else you can think of…it’s just too bad we’re none of that!! This individual can prove it!
Just today, Jordan Hamelin of JHDproductions release his 2010 Demo Reel.
If I was asked to explain it in one word it’d be: Amazing.
His choice of perspective on each clip, the emotional connections and even the music choice is spectacular. I’ve watched it 4 times now and it’s given me chills each time. I knew right from the first time watching it I had to do a little feature post.
It actually came as a surprise to me when I saw all the footage included in the reel. I had no idea how involved Jordan was so many different sports and events.
From what I gathered on Facebook he’s actually using this short for his university application! Jordan is only 18! It’s still hard to comprehend the talent behind this young individual.

excellent work. the lifestyle/dubstep mashup conveys a powerful “life your life to the fullest” vibe that waters the eyes for a drift fan like myself. more of THIS, bro. real good shit.
if you can cover longboarding and surfing im sure you camera work would bring a new magical light to capturing the lifestyle as well.
